aftermarket headlights?

Post by Devlin »

anyone know where i can get aftermarket headlights within the GTA?
either that or at least a new stock drivers-side (or one that's not fogged) for not too much money.

I used Meguire's Plastic X on the outside, but it didn't really change much. How do ya open them up to clean the inside of the lense?
Also I asked because a friend of mine was talking to a guy who's MX-3 was one of the extra's in the original Fast & Furious, and the guy's got projector headlights (tho almost all the work on his car was custom work...I was just hoping that they'd be available other than special ordered).

wooow, can we see this car.
The only car with pseudo-projektor lights was that mx3 with the red and yellow theme. the colors were too much of in-your-face type.
me and my buddy were gonna be in the 2f2f cast too like thousands of other, it was no big deal, you talked to the company that took care of the cars and they told everyone we will keep you in the waiting list.

I've just got 3rd hand knowledge....I'd like to see it myself too cuz I havn't been able to find ANY info on projector lights anywhere for the mx-3, just thought I'd ask on here to see if anyone else has.
So does the lense come off the headlights easy enough for cleaning? I don't really wanna try it on mine unless I either know I won't break it, or at least have a spare (which I hope to have if I can get an extra thrown in w/ my new bumper i'm picking up 2morrow)
