Good News and Bad news!

Post by MAZDASPEED STEVE »

Well the Good news is that I went out to St.Thomas tonight and raced my buddy with the Lexus IS300 and smoked him 3 out of 3 times.
I ran 4 times, and won 4 times, 3 vs the lexus, and 1 vs a taurus/contour(whatever) :( with my automatic 2.5L with intake/exhaust/and MSD.
I did have my 16"rims and low profile rubber on, maybe I'll save up some $ and throw some slicks on my stock rims. Oh Yeah!
I'd throw it into low, and she squaked for a second or so. Never EVER was able to do that with the 1.8L V6.
I didn't shift "hold"-1-2-D-"hold"off though, I'll try that next time. :)

if the car doesn't just sit there and spin I don't know that you will get anything from Slicks
