1/4 time for the 1.8 v6?

1/4 time for the 1.8 v6?

Im kinda skeptical bout the kl-ze swap, so im just gonna get nos, but as of now, with about 145 HP, what do you think the 1.8 will run. I read the reporst from when it first came out, 16.3 stock...but that was in 1993...9 years later, i wonder what it is..<BR>let me know<BR>thanx

What mods do you have that puts it to 145? If yur talkin 145 with the NOS® then you're only runnin a 15HP shot??? As most know, it's basically dependant on the driver. I hate to say that but it is. Unless it's an auto, you could run high 15's or even high 16's depending on how you race.

I dont have NOS yet, thats future mod, with 140-145 HP, stick, and a fast shifter, any ball park ideas for the 1/4th?

first of all, where are you getting 145hp?<P>But youre probaby looking at 15.8-16.5 depending.

if you're not running nitrous yet, then how does this question relate to "forced induction"?

i ran 16.287 @ 84.9 with a 2.29 60' all i had was an axle back exhaust

My best time at the track was a 17.1 with stock size tires, no engine mods, and 105,000 miles on the engine. thats why i went to the ze. soon i hope to be able to say " 14's ALL MOTOR!!!!" LOL.
