I think it looks horrible.<p>If you really want a convertible then just buy an actual convertible car.

I think that car woudl be a safety hazard. Imagine how careful you would have to be getting in so you don't poke yourself in the eye, lol.

ya i think i like ebucks idea. but most of us have sunroofs, so wo would have to say by to that. i think it would be more possible and a bit easier. maybe someoen could photoshop that, i would but i have no idea how to use photoshop, and its a lil hard to do such things in paint lol

well heres what i got so far on the convertable i have a long way to go but....

that looks hot do like a del sol trunk take out the back seat and pu the convertable top there the mx-3 would look like a sick a$$ 2 seater :D
mosricer is powerd by mx-3's,gen2 mr2's and of course SUBARU'S.

Looks good, but if you put those bumps behind the seats, I really think they should be behind the fronts and make the car a 2-seater. Otherwise I think it will look a little wierd.

the mx3's look ok but the mx6's on top remind me of the adam west batman series

Timmyd865 nice try man, ya i think the mx should just stay the way it is. Unless a person has a crazy amount of money to do tons of custom work. but hey u never know

yeah, I'd NEVER do it.. but that's probably about how i'd do it. It doens't loook the best. Turning a hatchback into a convertable!!! NAHHHH! Kinda like I don't like the new beatles or the cabrioles. They jsut don't look natural! But... yeah... mazda knows what they're doing!
