The first Tuner RX-8 I've seen...
Re: The first Tuner RX-8 I've seen...
its amazing, but who thinks that spoiler would look good on our cars? just mount the stands closer in and it would work and look nice depending on how wide it is

92 red rs
performance exhaust
zx2 struts and Eibach springs
turboed + stand alone when the cash is there
Re: The first Tuner RX-8 I've seen...
Nice with that wide body on it, it doesn't look like that stock,or does it? don't like the electronic gauges, and they need to make a coupe version, other than that it looks cool.

Re: The first Tuner RX-8 I've seen...
its a 1.3 liter rotary in it. Theres a 210-220 hp engine (something near there) and a 240 hp engine, I think there both 1.3 liter NA. Pretty amazing a 1.3 liter can kick that much power. Imagine it with a turbo! I think they decided not to add turbo because of all the problems they had with the rx7.
1993 Mazda mx-3 GS - Blaze Red (Totaled) Went through an 89 rx7 and a 93 del sol. Now searching again!

That is the Mazdaspeed kit
. I'm sure it won't take long to make it over here as something you put on yourself. I agree with others that the car looks much better than what I have seen before (even that looked amazing!).

Admitedly the best looking 4 door car on the market, hands down, and insurance would kinda be lower for it too!

You must know that a 2 rotors engine is the equivalent of a v6 engine, and 1.3l, is around 3.9l v6 engine..<p>I had the reason why it was consider a v6, well a mathematical formula.. But all in all, the rotor are triangle, 3 sides to compress, burn, and do the exhaust, and a piston can only do that one at a time.. ( that's not what the mathematical formula tell, but it give an idea ). If you search the Wenkel engine, you'll find the formula soon..

2-4 doors matters here, big time, even bigger with 2+2 vs 2 seater.

Re: The first Tuner RX-8 I've seen...
I don't think the 4 doors are really a big deal, they almost aren't really doors, just little things that make it easier to get into the back seat, like on an extended cab truck. I think the reason there isn't a turbo is because of emmissions more than reliability, but they are going to have to do something to bump the power up if they want to compete with the Lancer EVOs and WRX STIs that are coming out.
