crx's are so gay, and the defenition of a ricer is someone who doesn't know **** all about cars, and only focuses on looks and not performance. People who drive old civics, and crx's are generally ricers because there cars are so ****ty in the first place that any performance work is a waste of money. Although I have to disagree with you Aiden on one thing. I see alot of trucks with body kits and i think it looks awsome, if it's a city truck then it's definitl not rice, plus most trucks can beat the **** out of mx's in a race anyway so its not like they're slow! but in conclusion crx's are gay

wow this board is so harsh....Oh and about the CRX comment, that is BS man. THey have engine swaps that them honda boys do and they can go fast as a mofo....why cant we get away from stereotyping an entire group just because of a select few who try to pimp out an 86 accord?? THAT is rice...not hooking up a 99 civic or something like that...that looks nice....sure everyone and their grandma does it, but its whatever works for you.
[ December 13, 2002: Message edited by: mx3man83 ]

Man, this whole "rice accord" is like racism! It's bad enough that everyone thinks that we drive "girls cars". But now we have to hate on anybody who does anything to their car, especially Honda.
Aiden, freedom of speech buddy; gotta love it. Just don't think that anybody will vote you for president or prime minister.
one

Yeah, everyone hates me, doesn't matter who it is, so I figure instead of trying to be liked, I'll just be the biggest damn a--hole I can be.
Hey Pedro, why is it not rice for a city truck to put a body kit on it? Body kits are generally there to make your kit look lower and well different. On a truck, you have to lower them to make it usefull and then by lowering them they look like crap, and why the hell didn't you just buy a friggin car in the first place?!
Now, if you have a truck, jacking it up, or putting fancy 20s or a nice chrome grill, whatever, I think that is not bad.
I just think people who do stuff to their vehicles which has NO positive function at all is dumb. A CRX with an engine swap (B16, B18, whatever) would NEVER EVER EVER need a double decker wing that put on the ground is taller than your car.
Now, if I ever saw a FWD car with HUGE cannards or diffusers in the front, it's not ricey at all because it will add the appropriate downforce in the right area. A small soiler on the rear of a FWD car does help so you dont fishtail at high speeds, but I mean 3" or less spoilers.
Anyways, keep the **** flyin' at me guys. I put those pix up just for this reason, to see what you'd say.
Later, and Happy Holidays.
~A

I dont know why people think certain types of vehicles can be modded? Is there a rule book we have to follow, like if we have a Mazda 323 or some other less popular car, it cant be modded?
I have seen some really nice done up trucks, and I wouldn't think twice about owning one and doing it up. I see it as, if you have the money, and want to do it up, by all means do so, there shoulnd't be a rule saying if you have a certain vehicle it has to be used for one thing in mind.

i agree with loud subz big time, some of the sickest rides on the road i have ever seen have been trucks,i would love to own a truck, my sisters husband drives a 2002 reg cab, short box silverado and this ride is amazing, as soon as i get a sec, i will post a couple pics of it, when we go to the beach some times in the summer and there is all the done up civics and cars like that (no offence loud subz lol) when we drive by, you would not believe ow many looks we get in his truck, so yeah, all cars or anything can be modded, just some cars are meant a little more to be modded, i personally like seeing people being different and doing up trucks and not so popular cars other then hondas and mazdas and acuras stuff like that, :D :D :D
