KF-ZE or KF-DE i believe. Not a popular choice but an available option for swapping. I'm pretty sure its performance is somewhere between the K8 and the KL-DE

ya i believe th 2.0L is out of a low end probe or mx-6, as opposed to the higher end 2.5L.

those z3 fenders were custom molded. you can buy the fender itself from sites that distribute body kits. i think its the kf-de because that scoop looks like it provides air the the intake and that spot is where the intake on the kf-de is located.

the kf-ze was found in the mazda lantis, which was mainly in England and it made 170hp, more hp then the kl-de and its a higher reving engine. But it has less torque then the 2.5l only putting out 140. All i know about the kf-de is that it makes 160hp.

There was never a car sold in the U.S. with a KF-DE. He probably got a good deal on it from an importer since it wasn't a ZE.
