Twin Turbo V6
It took me about 2 hours to find this picture of the 626MPS engine. Twin Turbo AWD 280 hp. The intake manifold is a thing of beauty.<P>

Re: Twin Turbo V6
the following is a write up of the 626MPS--<P>"High Performance four door saloon from Mazda! Although not yet in production, on the 2000 Geneva motor show, Mazda showed us that there are hopes for all you Mazda-enthusiasts out there. The 626 MPS is a 2,5 litre V6 AWD (full time) saloon, based on the re-launched 626 model. The engine is a 2496cc equipped with twin turbos and intercooler. It is based on the reliable KL-ZE engine(first introduced in the 626 in 1992). Special ECU and straight trough silencers, give the 626 MPS stunning performance. A claimed 280 hp(206Kw) at 6500 rpm and a max torque of 392 Nm at 4000 rpm, should make us seriously consider to give the old 323 GTX/GT-R up, and ask for more. A 5 speed gearbox with 4wd configuration is used. The 4wd is a full time system.Handling is carried out by a 12-way adjustable suspension unit in each corner. The suspension also has height adjusting. The wheels are awesome, and brakes are too, sporting a state of the art setup with 6-pot calipers in front hugging on a 345 mm disc, and a 4-pot in the rear with a 315 mm disc. Styling is radical, with side skirts and arches that make the body "stand out from the crowd". The trunk lid has a large spoiler similar to the one on the Mitzu Evo (very nice!) This 4 door saloon is powerful, justifiable for families (all the comfort/convenient features of the standard 626) and small enough to be fun on the twisty stuff. "
Re: Twin Turbo V6
that manifold is LONG...it better run a lot of boost to pressurize that thing

Re: Twin Turbo V6
It's a standard MX-6 KLZE manifold which will not fit on LHD MX-3's without relocating the master cylinder and battery.

I used to know alot about MX-3's, but not so much anymore. Oh well.
