Clarify what you mean please.

Sway bar, or tie rod bar?

stabilizer bar=sway bar. they are the same thing. strut tower bar is neither. some people get mixed up and call sway bars sway strut bars.

The RS uses a 19mm, front and back.

What does the rear bar measure on the GS??
The front GS is a 21mm, correct??

Strut tower bar is up top...The tie bar they refer to is down at axle level.

Correct me if I'm wrong...
Tie rods up front...
Strut towers bars up top...
stabilizers out back on GS only...
There's a company that makes billet S-Bars for GS only!..

It says for gs only but it will also work on an rs because you can take the lower tie bar and put it on an rs ou just need the longer bolts. Im pretty sure of this , not positive.

You can use the SRD lower tie bar without using longer bolts. They're the same bolts as the GS, just without the factory tie bar.

Yes, every Mx-3 has a rear stabilizer bar.

It's either going to be a 21mm or 19mm swaybar. I'm betting it's 21, but I'll double check some friend's GS's.
