upper thrust bearing on ZX2 install?

how many of u reused the old stock MX3 bearing? When u reuse it will u have to do any grinding? I know u have to when u use a ZX2 bearing, but what about the stocker?<p>Joe

you will not be able to use the stock bearing, because the diameter of the zx2 strut (not sure what that part is called) is bigger, the stock bearing will not fit over it. You will have to grind our about 2mm from the upper spring seat (make it round), and you gotta get zx2 bearings.

...to clarify, you only need two (2) ZX2 thrust bearings for the front only.
