Its a small little bend with a flange at the top. Simple to make and couldnt cost to much.

just a suggestion, i wouldnt touch anything yet if i were u, just buying a turbo doesnt mean ur ready to run boost, u must research first and have an understanding of how everything works. u dont even know how to mount the thing let alone fuel management and intercooling and all that other stuff. wait a lil bit and find all ur answers then go ahead and do the install, ull blow ur engine if not done probperly

Oh and when I had that bend made, they just made a pipe go from that to the muffler. They left out the cat because, well, who needs one with no emissions :) But yeah at any muffler shop they will be able to make it, it is very simple.

Also another suggestion is that they make exhaust gasket that you can use in conjunction with the flange I have found this really makes a difference with exhuast under the hood and I would imagine a little help with heat. I got some at autozone but it is widely available.

Even the one with the o2 sensor on it? I was told before that this can obviously cause some problems... unless they can mount the o2 sensor on my new flange, since I have the second cat already out. If you can clarify what you did that would be great.

we have only one cat. i guess u think the resonator as a second cat. :)
