I dont know how it happened but that mx-3 there does look good with that spoiler. There is some kind of magical mixing of light, color and camera angles that actually makes that paticular spoiler look allright. It boggles the mind how it happened. The thing is I see too many of those on ford tempos and other similar horrifying applications. I see it so much infact that even when I see a wing on something that needs it like a car that would race in la mans or a drift car I just cant help but think about the awful things that they have been on. Mabey it is just me.

LMAO. how about people with underbody kits where you can see the tubes. they even have side skirts but the whole tube shows. TACKY....i have mine behind the jack lip, and when i get my side skirts on, they will be invisible.
and i am also tired of all those honda owners with LOUD FART Mufflers and they are only going 20MPH. when they look at my tail pipe they think just because they are louder than me, they are faster than i am. its funny, yet sad, how a STOCK mx-3 can beat a honda :D

Its quite hard on an Mx-3 to hind them if you dont have skirts, mine were showing pretty good, but they were tucked in as far as i could get them

There's this local Mx-3 that just recently put a high downforce wing on top of the stock gs wing....i fell like smacking him

MX3 people can be just as guilty as Honda people when it comes to loud obnoxious exhaust. I wound up following what appeared to be a purple special edition up I-81 through York, Pennsylvania around 11:30 last night that just sounded awful - must have been an automatic cause it was using pretty much every gear available (through a 45 MPH construction zone)... whaaaaahWHAAAAAAAHwhaaaaaaahWHAAAAAAAH - heard even over my stereo!

My MX3 is loud cause the pipe between the cat and the muffler has a hole rusted in it... gonna have to get that fixed. But even like that I don't think it is as badly loud as what I saw last night.

Even if it was bad loud, I'da still given it the thumbs up as I passed, except I was driving my Sonata and it wouldn't have made any sense.

we all seen mx3 beat to ****.

as for hiding tubes for streetglow kits on mx3 without side skirts, it's only easy takes about 20min a tube to do correctly.

As for Jeff's car it's great I love the style of it. As for that style of wing if done right it will look good however most I see look like ****

All i can say is beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Some like cars with wings, sum dont. No one person on this board can say that one thing is completely ugly and will never look good on a car. Every one has their opinion. I hate to see the tubes stickin out the bottom of cars, but its their car let em do what they want. no one is makin u look at it. If u look thats on u. As far as alot of hondas havin wings and everything. sum lookin good, some r slow. but think think becuz u beat one or two that all of them r slow and just make noise. Ive ridden in a few mx3's and a few of my friends neon's, civic's, crx's and other cars and alot of them will smoke a Stock Mx3 gs with a 5 speed. But thats becuz they knew what they were doing(driving and products they baught) and had a few dollars in it. Now if u have the money and know what your doing a mx3 can be modified to outrun alot of cars. But that is IF. So all im sayin is let them do what they want and u do what u want. u keep ur opinion let them keep theirs.

I dont know about u but im not out to please ne one else but myself. And i dont think ne of them are out to please ne one else. If no one on this board likes my car i could care less becuz i love it. And im the one spendin my money on it. not havin my mommy or daddy buy stuff for me. SO it will take me a lil bit of time but it will be lookin right by fall this year.

all i can say is that people should build cars for themselves. if your like big wings go for it, if you like liud exhuast go for it. i made my car the way i wanted to do it. some kids my age are always like dude you put a lot of money into your car and hes mx-3 looks better, but im like ya but mines faster *** . people never make cars for themselves they are always trying to look cool. well thats gay, you want to be cool buy an expensive car or something.

build it the way you want it !
just try and be tasteful because others have to look at it. :2thumbsup:
