its pretty sweet and turned out great, but i think people use bondo way too much. when you use bondo you want as little as possable. not a quart of it in your dash.

Ive built one as well.

Im currently installing it in my GS.

7" Touchscreen
WIFI
GPS
DVD
MP3
Almost every Rom ever made from every gaming system (except ps2/ps1/xbox/gamecube). Every Mame Rom currently available.
Custom Interface.

Im getting a USB relay control for my PC to unlock/lock, doors, pop the hatch, open sunroof, ect..

Im also getting a micro servo controller to slide the keyboard out of the dash.

Should be very cool when I finally finish.

Too bad I can't have an in-dash monitor (or DVD, LCD,etc)...against the law around here to have any kind of screen mounted on the dash

no, bondo isnt bad inside da car, the reason they say, use the least you can is for da body for when its in another crash, if it gets hit in da same place, you dont want puddy flyin all over da place, but you aint ganna have dat prob on da inside...
beleive me, thats what i do...

Funny he used lots of bondo and I think it turned out f@cking sweeet.
Thinking of doing the same to my dash, my only beef is that it's so low in the mx-3. Wish I could mount my screen a little higher

I just have one question...wtf do you need a computer and gaming system in the front seat for? Play super mario while driving down the freeway? That sounds safe. I have enough trouble driving around the people who are talking on their cells. NM taking their hands and eyes off the road to navigate a touch screen. Audio, navigation, and car controls I can see - but movies and games in the front seat? please.
