I think they feel threatened by Aerogear, especially since they have a picture of the new Drift Kit on their website... http://www.onderground-design.com/BT/34.jpg

watchout.... they may try to copy that kit too

i agree that onderground is afraid of Aerogear... i mean aerogear is cheaper and they actually kept us updated with their progress on the new kit coming out... wasn't ondergrounds evo kit supposed to come out last year anyways?

my pics are on their site too without my permission which they took from my cardomain site. After getting the runaround for Aabout 6 months and after lots of emails they said they can use any pic of their products. and i got mine from oscar also and I really love the mp5 front and would like to get another one but just becauase of their sales ethics i dont think i would never buy from them again . I think i a gonna make another phone call to them tomorow too

Not trying to be mean or start anything here, but if you post a picture on the internet without a copyright writen on it, doesn't anyone have the right to take it off and use it for themselves?

I thought it had something to do with the Digital Millenium Copyright Act, but I could be wrong.

In any case, that sucks for you guys. Ask a lawyer or call one of those free legal help lines to get some advice.

With the crap they're feeding you, I'd hit them back one hundred times as hard.

I like the fact that Aerospeed used the cut and paste method to come up with a design. It incorporates some of the original designs of the stock bumper cover. Thumbs up to them. :) (though I don't like there back bumper design, but that's just my opinion, lol).

aiden-you are correct. but if you do put on there pictures are not to be used without the written concent of blah blah. but still, as a company, shouldnt you ask to use other companies pics? just kinda common curtosey.

yes fx came first. and fx looks better too! yes their "evo" kit was to come out a while ago, but now just did. and a few other imitation kits have come out...simply ive banned myself from buying any product from them. as its obvious many others have done the same.
i got a 90 pgt...but wish it was a mx-3 bp-t!

Actually if you do use a picture from another website you A. Have to cite the source. B. If used more then 3 months have to ask express consent. and C. If it is agreed upon that you are allowed to use them then you have to renew this once every 6 months.

These are the laws that i was told while designing websites for numerous companies.

I never liked Onderground. Always told people to stay away from them when they showed interest. I guess this sort of proved me right?

P.S. - Onderground sucks, thats not my opinion, thats a fact.
