how to shave emblems

does anyone have any advice on how to shave the emblems on the mx3?? how tro fill in those little wholes fomr the decal?

Are you talking about the holes on the hood? There are no holes on the trunk. The emblems are just stuck on.

weld very carefully not to warp metal or just fiberglass it in...I wouldnt use bondo, cracks easier.

Bondo would do just fine for those tiny holes.
Combat kit, Spectra blue paint, shaved, Black ADR flite 4 17's/ Yokahama ES 100's, straight through 2.5 inch cat back exhaust, CAI, Straight neck IM KLZE, poly filled motor mounts, Kl48/ Eprom chip, black altezzas, Wet Zex 75 shot, Walbro 255 fuel pump, Cosmo AFPR, GS SE all black interior, RF 1kbd amp, RF 12 HE2's (2), US acoustics 4 channel amp

You can take the emblems off with dental flosss.

Funny, cuz I have tried the back ones with dental floss, and they have never come off.... Am I stupid?

I hope not :) Thats how I got mine off. Saw it off with good dental floss.

the way i shaved off my emblems was just take a hair blow dryer heat if up and then do as barry said and use dental floss tho fishing line worked for me
sold the mx-3 , bought 04 gtp comp g , from the smallest v6 to one of the biggest 3800 s/c FTW

the rear ones are just double-sided tape. The front one is 2 pins in the hood and double sided tape. if you want to help fill in the holes use the little plastic clips that the pins on the emblem go into to fill in the holes a bit and then just sand the caps off of them.
