Okay, so if I went to a metal shop, and said "can you cut these fenders" and tell them exactly what I want, show them a pic close up of a z3, would they be able to do it?

I'm sure that they could, I've seen many Z3's that have been made by only "C-shaped" cuts.

just buy the vents and mold them on to the bumper
130 hp and 1000 horsepower strong, ;)

I thought the point was to be involved with your car, not just send it to some guy for a day till it's all better. But whatever...
