vinyl as carpet
since i'm changing all my interior from black and blue to white and blue, i wanted to know if i can take off my black carpet and put vinyl with foam under it on the floor. A white carpet would always be dirty, vinyl is easier to clean.
Re: vinyl as carpet
that would be... interesting...
i don't see why not. with money and time and effort, you could do nearly anything.
does vinyl expand and contract with climate? would that mess with your flooring?
could always do carpet with vinyl mats...
-Abs

Vinyl would be kewl for a show ONLY car. Unless you never used it.
It's stretchy and soft so it would get dirt worked into it eventually, as well as tear/rip, stretch out of proportion.
~A
