Looks awsome man! Thats exactly what i'm doing this summer because damn speedy cracked my lip when they were putting it up on the lift! How hard is it to work with? What are you using to make it ?

thanks you guys. I got a hold of some fiberglass, so Im gonna mess with it a little to, I was thinking about blending the lip in with the rest of the front bumper. Yes it is a stock bumper, the lips just cut and I messed with the bottom of the bumper a bit. Anyone have any good ideas for it?

just some more info. I got the bumper used from SIK mx3, and its really beat up, lotsa metal reincforcments. JUst get some good sand paper, some body putty, and fiberglass if you want to do any serious modifications. I use a rotor router to cut out what I want and it works really good actually. Just gotta watch out for flying pieces of melted rubber, so where goggles.
Im having problems with the fiberglass cause techniclly you need a mold to use it, and I catn find foam anywhere to mold with so if anyone knows where I can get it online that would be awsome..

see if you can get a big box of that green foam they use with flowers
its firm but you can actually shape it with your hand
glue a bunch of pieces together, sculpt with a knife and then smooth it out with your hand
works great
thats how ill be doing my stereo install in the next few months
