Opinion on body kit

Post by BumpNGlow »

How does it look if someone just got the front body kit. I don't really see any need for side skirts(as most are very subtle), and I don't want dual exhaust, so most body kits would look odd on my car. I was looking at the pakfeifer kit. I think it looks pretty aggressive, but isn't TOO much... any opinions???

What-up kuruption! Get that kit yet?
BUMPNGLOW, most kits make the car look lower that it really is. So if you get a front end without the sides or back . . . it just looks wierd when you look at from the side.
Now the Pak is a sweet front end. From the side, as DVH has said, it looks a little like the blitz. I think that you'll find that most prices for front ends are roughly the same.
one

S D P are you gonna leave it like that? Cuz the two tone makes the car look seriously hot. I'm dying to see somebody put on a kit and paint it a different colour than the rest of the car, including spoiler and hood.
I was going to do it but I backed out. CHICKEN!
one

LOL nah i'm not leavin it like that. i actually took the front end off and sold it, i'm getting the pakfeifer body kit. as for the colors, as of right now, my car is silver, my wing is green, and my interior is pink! my dad owns a salvage yard, and i have about 4 other mx3s that i use for parts. i have my own customizing shop, so i'm redoing my car with florescent pink interior and pink underbodys, once the body kit is on, i'm gonna paint the car black and put my rims back on. anyways, i will admit, the different colors really do grab attention!
tiffany

That's enough S D P. I can't take it anymore. Show us some pics when you're finished so we can start drooling. :)
Sounds like you have a phat ride already. Good choice with the Pak kit. I'm not a fan of the Erebuni front end. Looks too much like a Ford Focus. :(
one

I've decided that if I do get the front lip, I would want the side skirts too, but I would play it by ear whether or not I got the rear bumper.
SDP-- can you hook me up w/ some parts for my MX???
