body work question

Hey guys and gals I have a bit of rust around my windshield fluid sprayer (I don’t know what it’s called) and to fix that and paint all hood is $300 dollars. I never did any body job (in garages), on my old cars I did myself but on this one I wanted to get it done professionally so is that normal or is it possible to get it done chipper I am in Ottawa<BR>If anybody knows chipper place please let me know.<BR>How much would it cost to paint whole car ?<BR>Thanks in advance<BR>
