Who the hell put a cross walk on the off ramp of a bridg

Who in the hell, had the bright ****ING idea, to put a cross walk on the BLIND ****ING CORNER of a BUSY ****ING OFFRAMP of a ****ING BRIDGE! Well, I today learnt why its a dumb ****ing idea. I slamed intot he back of a big *** truck, and the corner of it (You know those steel bumbers that stick out of it) and it totaly ****ed up my mx3.<p>Heres some pics of the damage. I think its a right off, due to the fact the frame is warped, the driver side door doesnt close properly any more, and personaly, I dont want to drive it any more (Not cuz I dont like it, but it will just never drive the same.)<p>My insurance is going to cover it, it was 100% my fault, so the insurance will be going SKY HIGH on me. Everyone was ok, luckly the bumper from the truck didn't go therought the car or it would have taken my moms head off, and the guys in the truck, well if they claim injuries, its BS cuz the truck didnt even budge an inch. The pedestrian, heh, *****! She imediatly went to the guys in the truck and said I saw the whole thing, it was his fault I'll testify, here's my number.<p>Any ways, made a claim with the insurance company, and need to get the estimate done on the car (I hope they just pay me off). The ironic thing is, it is 1 year less 7 days that my parents had an accident in the SAME ****ING SPOT.<p>I went to Norh Vancouver District hall latter in the dar to ***** about the cross walk, the guy I talked to told me I need to learn how to drive, and its not their problem, its the Minitry of Transportations problem, so I went there, and the guy I need to talk to wasnt there. That really sucks man, I feel for ya. However, watch your language in your posts. I realize you are upset, but you don't need to display it in that manner on here. There is a filter for swear words on here for a reason. Please, don't avoid them by mispelling the word.

The reason why I said that is because some of us go on this site at work. When you open up a post and its full of swear words like this one is, and my boss walks by, it makes me look bad. so wait your parents got into an accident at that place a year ago yet you still were going to fast to prevent the same thing from happening again? How is it anyone's fault but your own if you KNOW there's a crosswalk there yet you dont yield.

I almost hit some dame crossing across to Ceasar's Palace on an on ramp to the freeway. I should have hit her. I had the green, and she had a Don't Walk. Damned tourists!

Yes it was the exact same spot, but my parrents wernt hit on the on ramp, they were hit just after it, second, if you read the first post its a blind corner, and if I were to go any slower (Like I said I was doing 25 KM/h) I hould have been hit from behind by someone coming off the bridge. IT WAS A BLIND CORNER, IT WAS MY FAULT, I DID YEILD, IT WAS RAINING AND THE TIRES LOCKED UP. BUT THE POINT BEING IS WHO THE **** PUTS A CROSS WALK ON THE OFF RAMP OF A BUSY BRIDGE!

Ouch man sorry to hear it, just glad all of you are ok. Cars can be replaced, people can't. Hopefully you get things cleared up with the insurance companies, they take forever and a day to get anything processed or settled for that matter, so the best of luck out to you.
