How do you get those black things around the bulbs out?

Post by Josh Fxcking Blair »

I read on somebody's website that they did this and that it really made the lights brighter. However, he said that he needed a lot of heat to melt something (he said he had three blow-dryers on it). There's no way in hell I'm going to hold three blow dryers on the lenses. Anyone know of an easier way of removing those things. Also, is there a purpose to them. Do you think a shop would do it for cheap if I was already getting something else done there?

-Josh "Light Me Up" Blair.
