thats what i think too, it might be stupid to ask but, do you have engine and is it getting to every part of engine

I just don't get what you're saying here bud

To check the disty, pull the plugs one at a time and leave them in the head loose from the spark plug. Have someone crank the car, if you hear the ark then the disty is probably ok. HLA's won't do anything to keep the car from running, all they do is lubricate the cam better. If you ran the car out of gas it might take a while to get it to crank. To make sure you are getting gas just pull one of the gas lines from the fuel rail and have someone turn he car over a few times, you'll see the gas come pouring out of the fuel rail or the line which ever you pull. To check the spark plugs pull the plug and install it back in the plug wire then hold it close to the strut mount bolt, have someone crank the car and wathc for arc between the end of the plug and the strut bolt. If all that and the timing checks out you may need a mechanic. You might also run a diagnosis, I don't remember exactly how to get the CEL to flash for codes, but I'm sure a search will find the info.
Good luck
Nice I'll check this tonight..Got to go to work..I'll keep you guys updated tonight..

Thanks a lot so far guys..I wish it's one of the problem above...if not I'll have to crack down the heads :(

I think the culprit is the fuel lines

I doubt the injectors but maybe the FPR
maybe the pump is too much for the oem fpr and it has gave up ?

Or when you ran your tank down to nothing you sucked up some sludgy fuel from the bottom of the tank and clogged up 3 of yout injectors or something.

slim-to-none... Quite possible that the Walbro is too much for you filter, or the FPR.

ok update:

spark is good
lots of fuel
plugs are black (probably from running rich).

I took off the intake manifold, and valve covers...everything looks good..Now I'm in the processus of checking the timing..I removed all the belts (accesories), crankshaft pulley tensioner etc...I remove the right part of the timing belt cover..I just need to remove the left one and check the timing...

so anybody else got an idea ??????????

if your hlas are gone do not run the motor you will ruin the cams and will have to have them to be replaced or resurfaced. have you checked the compression of each cylander?
