it's not a direct fit cat..CATCO makes universal cats..but I change cat-back at the same time so i'm ont sure if it would have bolt right up. I'll go take a look under the car for that flange thingy as soon as I finish work.

I have OBX headers, and a magnaflow/carsound high flow cat, and custom 2 1/4" piping, with a ebay muffler on it. It works great, but it sounds TERRIBLE. I'm not exactly sure what part of the exhaust makes it sound so bad. But I think i'm going to get a greddy or HKS catback for a probe, and make it fit.

And Bubbaflat what kind of sound is it that you think is terrible?? does it sound hollow or high-pitched or something else??

My next exhaust attempt will use-

2 1/4" piping, a 22" long magnaflow resonator #10435 http://www.magnaflow.com/02product/universal/round.htm And a magnaflow muffler with 2 1/4" inlets and outlets. Not sure the exact part # yet since I haven't measured the one thats in there now. I'm trying for quiet and throaty. Not loudish and raspy/high pitched, which is what I have now.

it's your resonator or the lack of it.
