Short throw shifter question...

Just wondering how many of you have installed a short throw shifter into your MX3's and how involved is this process? Also, is there anything special I need to know about this installation? Thanks.

If you search there is a thread that answers that specific topic, and also step by step instructions on how to install the STS.
