My cluch start making noise. it runs fine but when i push clutch when the engine runnig and during shifting, it sounds like metal against metal rubing. anyone know how to fix this problem,

Yes, its the throw-out (aka release) bearing. Needs replacing.
Re-shaped and re-sized gearshift lever. Best driveability mod you can do!

(aka release) bearing, where is that located at? is it easy to get to it?

You might as well get a new clutch set and do the whole thing while you're in there.
