Recently I have made a small check of my chassis and a horrible picture has shown up... My entire exhaust is eaten by the rust...So I decided to go custom. I still haven't decided if I am going to make 2" or 2.25 " piping (No ZE swap in the future...for now). I don't want to cut off the cat converter because I love the nature...But I was wondering if it is worth to leave the old cat and middle muffler from the old exhaust.
The car is from 1997, has only 65 k on the counter but ears passed... and it is 2004... :crying:

go complete custom, Im doing 2.25" pipe on my KLZE.. No CAT, Glasspack, 40 series Flowmaster and a resonating Tip. Should sound nice.

And make sure it leaks oil why your at it too.


Your best bet is to go custom, if you really want a CAT get a High Flow CAT.

Is it worth to replace the whole 7 year old exhaust (65 000 km) from the collector to the end or just from the cat to the end?
