oil filter location

going to change the oil and the filter but i have no idea where the filter is. anyone have a pic or diagram, i've heard you have to remove stuff to get to it?
Goal: 1/4 mile time of 13.099 or better, N/A. ...still in the works

do you really pretend to be ...not smart... or you really are. look in your engine bay, ull see it or get under car itll be there on right side of engine

You may wish to remove the splashguard on the left-hand side (looking from the front) for easier access, if it's stuck, just jam a screwdiver through it - it's messy but it works!

guess i shoulda asked a non stupid question? i just always heard it was a ***** to get too so i figured it was in some wierd place mounted sideways er somethin?

open up the hood. look down between the engine abd the rad...on the pass side...you will see it. Cant miss it. :confused2:

Everyone's gotta start somewhere, I'm sure there was a time eveyone here didn't know how to do a proper oil change.

no offense meant, but ya i didnt start out mechanic but i watched my uncle doing it and i learned, if youre not sure u can do it, get someone else do it and u watch and learn, making sure you dont screw up your first time, like stripping oil pan plug, or not tightening oil filter, and that does happen, then you wonder where your oil goes, and if you dont check your engine often and it all leaks out, next thing you know you gotta take it to shop since engine seized up on u.
