Engine Flushing

What's the best to do a good job, as I see lots of diferent opinions:

1. use Gunk Engine Flush
2. add a litre of diesel fuel
3. add a litre of ATF

What do you think is the best?

Use engine flush. Don't leave it in longer than it says in the instructions.
Re-shaped and re-sized gearshift lever. Best driveability mod you can do!
Extra thick soundproofing in the boot (trunk) to quieten my stainless steel exhaust system :)
