rad fans, thermostat and ze

do your fans come on more often with the ze than the k8, or is my tps set wrong?

does your engine warm up faster too? my temp guage is fully warmed up at about 2-3 minutes before it used to take about 5

Mine warms up quicker as well - it's probably because it's a bigger engine creating more heat in a small space. I can't say the rad fans are behaving any different but then again I haven't been listening out for them. Is your temp. gauge reading in the same place because mine is about 1 or 2 mm higher?

The 2.5 seems to run significantly hotter then the 1.8 in my car.

I noticed that too:
With the ZE (with thermospacers) my car run hotter but the fan come on earlier.
