CORKSPORT SUCKS

I hate Corksport and that semi-retarded individual Ben soooo much. What's his problem??<p>I ordered some stuff from them, including front signal light lenses. They charged me for signal light lenses, but sent me Advanz marker lenses.<p>I have now been trying to get them to exchange it for two months now. This is ridiculous. Is anyone on here in Oregon? Maybe you can go punch him in the face for me.

Unfortunately, I'm not trying to be funny. I wish! Here's the emails so far (time span is about 2 months). Does anyone think I'm being unreasonable? Is it hard to sent me a set of lenses along with a shipping label? Should I have to pay for shipping on their **** up? Why does Ben seem to be so unorganized? Does he delete his emails the day he receives them?<p>Does anyone know who the boss there is? Like if I have to call them?<p>Original Email:

The below email was sent April 03, 2003. I received the wrong product,
however I was billed for the proper one. I am trying to get the proper
product but I have received little or no help from "Ben", the salesperson
I was dealing with. I heard a lot of good things about your company but
now I am severely disappointed and frustrated with the level of customer
service.<p>Can someone PLEASE send me a set of clear SIGNAL lenses for mx-3, by
Fedex, with a shipping label so I can send your marker lenses back. I am

Call the credit card company and have them take back the charge. Tell them the whole thing and tell them you can forward them the e-mails.

I'm still waiting on mazdaspeed stickers that i ordered a year ago. Ben said, "We never got your order", meanwhile i spent $300 on clear side markers and turn signals.

I hate them too. I ordered front side markers and front turn signals. Supposedly they were out of stock for months and months. When they finally got them in stock, they tried to debit my card but at that point in time the funds were not available. They are gay!!

I never order anything from there because everything is so overpriced. I guess the way that they stay in bidness is because they do offer some things that are hard to find anywhere else.

Two months worth of emails huh? Looks like a bunch of redundant emails to me. Its always a good idea to put allll the info in your email. Just saying hey i got the wrong stuff never works. Here's an idea...Ever tried to call? Here's the number. 503-252-5700. I know the guys there personally and sometimes balls do get dropped and it seems like it is few and far between when this happens. I dont think punching Ben in the face is gonna help anything...I would definately call with all your paperwork in front of you and I am sure it will get resolved. If not let me know. My original email was enough, and now I've sent three versions of that. When I send an email, no action is taken. It's not right. Why should I have to call somewhere that's 3000 miles away? I shouldn't have to pay for that either.<p>I'm never ordering anything from them again, I should have just gotten an Onderground kit!<p>I'm still waiting for a reply from Ben, I guess I'll just have to pay the long distance charges.
