Passing Emissions with JDM?
Hey, I was just wondering if I can run cats and all of the oxygen sensors and emissions things to pass emissions in illinois. Like with cats and stuff. Now, illinois isn't as strict, actually WAY LESS STRICT than cali. Any help, I say thanks and appreciate it in advance.
if you can't hear it before you see it, what's the point?

I passed in the metro St Louis part of Illinois with a klze and millenia intake. Stock o2 sensors, and a stock cat.

Man emissions testing sucks. I used to live in Michigan and they don't even have inspections let alone emissions testing. If you car can start, you can drive it there. LOL
