Hi David ,
I dont know the temps of the water but the valve cover is fraking hot !
I think it's against boiling.
I've got the feeling that water is not running trough the engine.
Is my termostat broke or something or is it not running because of my 1.8 ecu?
When I start the engine in the morning and the temp is nul, after 5 minutes driving the pointer is almost against the top.

I'd say your thermostat needs replacing. That or your coolent levels are low.

just replaced thermostat.
did not work.
coolant level is good.
Looks like the waterpomp is not working but there is no leak in it, that's for sure.
Can this be a sensor or something?

The water pump runs all the time - the thermostat controls the flow of water.
The sensor controls whether the fans run.
If you are overheating in five minutes, its not the fans, its the flow. Normally, the thermostat stays shut for the first few minutes, to get the temperature up quickly, then opens to keep it roughly constant. So the most likely cause is that yours is not opening.
However, I think you've just changed your engine, so, if the problem has always been there with the replacement engine, it could be a blocked water passage or a seized pump.
Re-shaped and re-sized gearshift lever. Best driveability mod you can do!
Extra thick soundproofing in the boot (trunk) to quieten my stainless steel exhaust system :)
