Idling funny, almost stalling
My car has ben idiling kind of funny the last week or so.<P>While idliling it feels and sounds like some times its almost going to stall but doesn't.<P>Maybe I need to get a tune-up done.

I'd check the plug wires, plugs, and intake boot for vacuum leaks.

a friend of mine had the same problem on his 240sx and it was because of a dirty and leaking fuel injector....when idling is black smoke coming out of the muffler? if so it might be that.

Not entirely sure, i'll have to check.<P>I am going to get a tune-up done on Monday probably though, it's long over-due.

For me, my stalling was a result of that most common problem of a crack in that accordian intake tubing...

Ok the car is actually stalling now at Idle.<P>However it only stalls if I push the break too much at idle.<P>I am going to bring the car in for a tune-up on Monday anyways so they can take a look at it.

For me it was one of a combination of the vacuum hoses, dirty battery terminals, and bad ground wires. One of those fixed my problem, cause I had the same thing happen...
