so i got bosch platinums and im not sure if i got the spacing right does anyone know what the spacing is soposed to be? and also i talked to some one else and they said they had it as well, i feel a lag on almost every gear untill 3000 rpms, is this normal, i didnt notice it till now

also i put a new catalytic converter on about 2 weeks ago and the car has also seemed to of gotten a bit louder could i be loosing back pressure? and if so how could i correct this problem?

You can usually find the information about the spark plug gap on a label under the front hood. Platinum spark plugs don't work well in our cars. I don't have a good explanation for that other than hearing testamonials on the probetalk site and the other mx-3 group. I also tried platinums when the car was newer and didn't like the way the motor performed. I'm sure theres a good technical reason out there somewhere.<BR> It could just be that the new plugs are making an existing condition more noticable.<BR> My car always seems to lag until the first vris plate opens at about 3200 rpm's. Thanks man i popped the hood and there it was went and fixed the problem, runs good now, and i also found out the reason it is louder now it my new cat is allowing it to flow better which is causing me to sound like a bumble beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

If platinum plugs aren't supposed to do well in our cars, what works the best?

platinum plugs last longer, no nitrous on them though!
93 Mx-3 GS klze swapped(sold)

i herd not to get platinum 4s cause they cause your hp to drop but u get way better gas mileage

they took my car to midas and they put the new cat on i havent checked to see what it was yet

I use Bosch Platinum2. They work really good and I have them in the cars my family owns.
