Im bringing this one up from the grave!

I recently upgraded my PRM CAI to a larger filter. About 3 times as large. I dont have a pic handy...but its a full size cone filter, k&N style. My butt dyno says that it has improved the top end acceleration, noticably in 2nd gear. I really do believe that the PRM intake was holding my ze back a little bit, with the small filter size... anyone else experience this?

a WAI (what you have) will give you more top end acceleration, CAI (prm) will help low - mid acceleration.

The thing is, its routed to the same area that the PRM was shoved into. Its still cold air for sure, not quite as deep as the prm went.
