do you still have your foot on the gas?

yea, that'd be my guess too...try letting your foot all the way off of the gas because even touching the clutch

putting the clutch in and shifting into first<BR>gear at a stand still,the rpms go up to<BR>almost a 1000.<P>is this normal ?<P><BR> :roll:

after resetting my ecu with negative off<BR>and foot on brake peddle for 30 secs did<BR>wonders to fix this.<P> ;)
