i think its alittle higher possibally 7800-8000 cause when i auto-x i run on the rev limiter here and there but i don;t always get a good look at the tach so it could be 7200

That's spelled "immature." And it wasn't immature, it was sarcastic. I don't normally make those posts but I make an exception to posters that don't even bother to search the current page of posts, never mind the archives. That's right, a similar thread is on this page. Not the second or third page back, not the archives, this friggin' page. As far as being an a--hole, I concede that I am exactly that!

Just for a different point of reference here is a quoted response of a probetalk moderator to a poster asking that really tired question, "Where do I get a KLZE?". The poster got pissed off at those that made wiseass posts. The moderator closed the thread with this response:<P>"So then you chose not to search before you posted this? <BR>There is a standing rule that you search before you post. Especially if you're just asking for opinion & such. <BR>While it is nice when people say, "If you would have searched you would have known ..." and then give you a link, it's not their job. You want to know something, you do the work. <BR>This is an encyclopedia if that's the way you want to see it. <BR>btw, if you would have searched you would have found A LOT more places than listed here to get a ZE. There's 4 places I'd get a ZE and only 1 is listed in this thread. Do yourself a favor and search." :D :D :D

There is no need to be a jerk about it. I did look through the posts before I put this one. I didnt see a topic regarding a rev limiter. I just wanted some information. I dont understand why, if you know, you wouldnt just help me out. If someone asked a question that I knew, even if it was posted elsewhere, I would still answer it for them without being a jerk about it. So thanks for nothing PELATO.

That's just the difference between you and me. Nothing more, nothing less. If you want to get pissed off about a sarcastic post, that's your problem. It's also the risk you take when you post. You can't control me any more than I can control you. Get over it. Oh, by the way, a sure sign of immaturity is name calling. :D

Mine is at around 7800-7900 indicated on the stock tach. <P><B>Post closed due to excessive kvetching</B><P><I>search key words: rev limit, rev limiter, fuel cut, max rpm.</I>
