93 MX-3 GS Well, I'm not sure in KM/h but in MPH, I've managed to push the car to 137 and it wouldn't go any faster, I dunno if it has a governer/electronic cutoff. But man the trees were standing still, Also helps to live in the mountains :).

Have you trid to run one of those engine cleaner things to but in the fuel ???
Well with kl-03 under the hood I can get mine up to 222 km per hour, this is with 205/60/15 tires, so there can not be any limiter on as I see it, but you know I want more.. ;-) have been offered twin turbo installation for approx. 4000 usd or as kit 3000 usd, trying to find the money as this must be the ULTIMATIVE GOAL.

No limiters on North American MX-3's as far as I've seen. Hit upwards of 130mph more than once.

The limit should be somewhere in the range of 7500 rpm. take a look at the Service manual found on this site. They mention the number 7500.
I once reached 235 km/h (147 mph) going downhill on a highway at 7600 rpm in 5th gear when the rev limiter kicked in. On "flat" roads the car reaches 7200 rpm in 5th gear (215 km/h). If you account for the error in the sppedo then the real speed is around 203 km/h (127 mph) as specified by the factory.

No, they have a rev limiter that prevents you from breaking your engine but not a "governor" to prevent you from exceeding a maximum vehicle speed.
