vaf sensor
vaf sensor
Anybody know if there is a way of getting rid of the vaf sensor. There was a post that I searched that said there was a way. Mine just went the other day and I need a new one. How much do they cost, and where is a good place to get one.
Re: vaf sensor
Can I ask you how you knew your VAF just "went"? I have had mechanics tell me they "think" they VAF might be bad (error codes), and after replacing it with another, the error code still points to it although now I doubt that was/is the problem. Not a cheap part to replace new...go to junkyard.
If there was a magic solution to ridding yourself of the VAF, I'd have had it by now.

Tooprime, the VAF to MAF conversion you've heard of is specified in detail on this site:
http://home.golden.net/~trinity/

I know because I dropped it when I was putting my custom intake in.
