J-spec
I have had my car for about a year and have done all of the usual upgrades, Lowered, rims, intake, stereo, painted interior, tint, shifter, shift knob...you get the idea, I am working on a nitrous set up and my origingal thought was if I blow my 1.8 it would be a good excuse to go KL-ZE. I ran into a local tech guy who also owns an MX-3 and when he looked at my engine his first question is where did you get this car? Its original sale occured in the virgin islands, and I later found out (when I went to have my seatbelts fixed under recall that my vehicle was not registered with Mazda of America. Anyway I was told that I am running a J-spec engine and should show it a little more love than thrashing it until it goes tits up. Anyway if somone could tell me a way to verify my engine I would greatly appreciate it. <BR>JG
