mid-range speakers won't work
If anyone can help me figure out why my front and back speakers quit working it would be greatly appreciated.....<p>Neither my front or back mids are working. I am running them off of my kenwood cd player...My subs still work so all i can hear is bass... ![Mad ](./images/smilies/icon_mad.gif)

Are your front and rear running off the deck power, or a seperate amp?

Re: mid-range speakers won't work
check your wiring both at the doors and the head unit. Depending on the H/U and type of speakers, if one wire is loose neither speaker will operate. Its a safety feature.

Re: mid-range speakers won't work
if your his aren't running off of an amp then 1 of 3 things happened
1 you blew the speakers
2 u blew the amp in the hu
3 your connections are bad
kenwoods have a tendency to overheat so if u had it on for a long period of time then the amp could have failed
