2 or 4 seats, whats in the back of your mx???

so i am taking out the backseats of my mx come spring time, but just wondering what everyone else has, just want to see how many people actually took theirs out , did you guys (and gals, lol, cant forget them) leave your back seats in or take them out? plus if you did take them out, you got any pics??? thanx <p> peace

I took mine out, take out the heavy seatbelt assembly out too, thats the most weight right there, the carpet kit goes up the back seat and will cover where the backseat was so it'll look like a 2 seater stock.

Just saying that the stock carpet goes over the bare metal where the seat used to be.

i was actually thinking of doing the same to put my subwoofer in but i realized that i drive a lot of ppl around on the weekends. it would look really nice for show and trailer cars though or if u dont drive people a lot.

those are my plans pop out the rear seats put carpet over it and it will look hot,i dont drive nobody around cept my girl so the seats are gonna go!how much weight will be lost if the seats,seatbelts get taken out?

you can see pics of the back of my car without seats/carpet, its about 50 pounds after seats seatbelts and and bolts and all that nonsense gets taken out. look at the strut bar post above this one to see how crappy it looks atm, im going to carpet here pretty soon

the rear bottom seat cushion isn't too heavy. the really heavy parts are the seatbelt assembly and that upper cushion.

yeah cause im kinda getting sick of driving people around, and if i do all i hear is *****ing on how its soo uncomfortable, plus **** it, i could do like the sweetest set-up for my subs if i took the seat out, thanx for the posts guys, keep em comin<p> peace
