dimming lights

Post by marius »

I only have a 400watt 10" sub with a 300watt amp powering it. My 6 1/2s are running off my
CD deck. Is it normal for the lights on my deck to dim to the beat?

I upgraded the alternator, battery, and the ground wires from the battery. When the alternator is working, I have no dimmage. At idle I can still make it dim if I want.<p>and regardless, though, if I hit the brakes, I always get dimmage. Its very odd.
