Fixing My Sub

Post by Jutzi420 »

I've got a couple of JL 10w3s, and on one of them a lead has come loose from where it was glued to the cone. It makes a really loud rattle at loud volumes, any suggestions on what type of glue I should use to fix it?

i have had this same problem with opther subs. i couldn't find anything that could permenantly fix it but if u use the clay thats used for sealing stuff you can get it at ace hardware for like 3 bucks a role and just stick some of that on their it will last for like another 3 months

It would be, but I got the subs with the car when I bought it. So that's a no go.<BR>I've got some electrical tape in the right now that's doing the trick, but it won't last.
