speaker covers

Post by marshmallow15 »

i'm getting new speakers and was wondering if instead of putting the stock covers back on the door panel, if i can use a metal one where you can see through it almost like mesh...i want to do this because i want to show off my speakers a little bit more. if the see-through cover was the same size, would i be able to do this?

Even mesh covers aren't going to display the speakers very well.

i've seen a few pics of mx's without a grill at all , but i'm not sure how they got around the holes already in the door.
