Speakers

Post by cemcintosh »

Ok, I am gonna get some new speakers for my front doors. I am gonna get some 6.5 i think. I am just looking for some input as to should i get 3-way speakers or a componet system? Which one sounds better? Whats the best brand to put in there also?

I would go with a 6.5 component system. I am biased so I would suggest Infinity or Kenwood. The Infinity Kappa series is excellent, but the reference is nice, and a little less expensive. I wouldn't go by my opinion, I would go to a car audio shop and experience the sound for yourself.
~Ryan~

They will probably suggest an addapter that will bring your speaker out about 1/2"-1" and it should work out.
