Quick 6 1/2 question

If i get the 3-hole Kenwood KFC-6*** (there 6 1/2's) would they fit on the stock mounting holes or would i need to go down to 5 1/4's to slide on stock mounting's, thanks~

I bought a pair of Kenwood 6 1/2 speakers. They will not fit in the stock speakers holes. You will have to drill new holes. That's what I am going to do, now that I have a drill. I do not think going to a 5 1/4 speakers will make it fit any better. Are putting Kenwood all-around? I was thinking of Pioneer 3-way for the front and Kenwood 2-way in the rear towers in my <BR>MX-3.I hope I was helpful
