I've got a 92 MX-3 V6 and I've just noticed that I need to change my CV boot (the rubber boot over the cv joint) <p>- doese anyone know how mutch these things cost?

Here in Florida the boot kit which includes:boot,grease,2 boot clamps,c-clamp for the axle, goes for approx. $10.
That doesn't sound bad until you try and take the axle nut off. This can be a tough job for the home mechanic with limited tools at his disposal.
I think $50-$100 for a single boot replacement sounds about right from the local mechanic.
