Re: exhaust set ups
I run stock pipes but I know absolutely nothing about exhaust. I have a single pipe muffler and the car runs very quiet compared to when my muffler had two big rust holes in it.

How did you get the little halo in the Altezza's to light up? The ones I got don't have any kind of wiring to the halo's, so they're just there. I was gonna go to RadioShack and get some small bulbs to fit there or something. Did your altezza's come with wiring for the halo?

I looked up your town and you're WAAAAY far from me. I'm in Arlington, about 10-15 miles west of Dallas. Let me know how much they tell you for the whole kit so I can ration my money aside.

Good to see another Texas MX-3 in the house! I'm in the same boat as you man, I'm going to have to go to the Mazda dealership and ask them as well. I'm reluctant to do so, though, cause my car is so unbearably ugly. The outside is...unpleasant. The interior is near perfect though. The cracking seals...

Re: FAILED! Stories of hope!
So this isn't a fail by ME, necessarily, but more by a mechanic who just got finished working on my dad's Ford. He finished putting on a part for my dad's truck and my dad asked if he worked on Mazda's. He said yeah, I do. Me, complete noob, asked him to point out the IAC valve for me because I had ...

I would be interested, but I'm afraid to ask what shipping would cost to the US. And even if you were willing to ship them to the US in the first place.

Re: When above 25 MPH, steering wheel "rattles"
I think you may just need your tires balanced. Mine was doing this around 50-60 MPH and up, got the car balanced last week and a hole plugged (screw in tire) for $25 at a Mexican tire joint on the corner by my job. Rides smooth as butter now.

I've bought them, but I didn't notice. When I do the work on my altezza bulbs later this week I'll look into the situation.

Re: Tires + Rims - Opinion?
So I'm looking into doing this next week, followed by the purchase of some Eibach springs and some Tokico struts. My question is: Will I have enough clearance with the 215/40/R16 wheels, with the 1.5" (front) and 1.2" (back) drop the Eibach's provide? I'm pretty sure I will because I've se...
